OPEN POSITIONS

Assistant Construction Superintendent

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Assistant Construcution Superintendent works alongside the Superintendent and is responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Weekly scheduling of trade contractors

  • Jobsite management, construction progress monitoring

  • Attend weekly production meetings

  • Oversee trade contractors, ensure their work reflects company standards and abides by city code requirements

  • Budget monitoring

  • Assist new and existing homeowners with questions about their homes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • General residential construction knowledge (2+ years preferred)

  • Detail oriented

  • Superior time management skills

  • Strong organization and planning skills

  • Adept at problem solving and willing to learn

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficient with Office and general computer knowledge

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Must have Drivers' License and reliable transportation
